By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Newly Sober website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the 'Platform').
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Newly Sober's website for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written consent.
You may not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or collect data from the Platform. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer any software or technology underlying our services. This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization (such as a sober living home or treatment center), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law. Specifically, you may not: post false, misleading, or fraudulent content about properties or services; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment or communication systems; or impersonate any person or entity.
Homeowners may not list properties that are not properly licensed or that do not meet the safety and quality standards outlined in our Homeowner Agreement. Providing false licensing or certification information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.
Newly Sober provides the Platform as a marketplace connecting residents with sober living homes. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the listed properties. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or quality of any listed home beyond our published verification standards.
In no event shall Newly Sober, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any interaction with homeowners, residents, or case managers facilitated through the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Newly Sober in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
If you disagree with any changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and delete your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
