Every home in our network meets rigorous licensing, certification, and safety standards. Here's what that means for residents, families, and care teams.
Three pillars of quality assurance protect every resident in our network.
All homes in our network meet or exceed the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards for quality, safety, and ethical operation. NARR certification ensures residents receive evidence-based support in a structured environment.
Every listed property holds active state-level licensure for sober living or recovery housing. We verify license status during onboarding and conduct periodic re-verification to ensure ongoing compliance with state regulations.
Our homes comply with all local zoning, building codes, fire safety requirements, and ADA accessibility standards. We work with homeowners to ensure their properties meet every applicable municipal and county regulation.
Every home must meet these requirements before being listed on our platform.

Must be current and verifiable through the state licensing authority. Expired or pending licenses are not accepted until renewed.

Designated, trained house manager on site
At least one staff member must complete recovery housing management training and be available to residents during operating hours.
Written house rules and resident agreement
Every home must provide a clear, written agreement covering house rules, drug testing policies, rent terms, and discharge procedures.
Regular drug and alcohol testing protocol
Homes must have a documented testing policy that includes frequency, methods, and consequences. Random testing is recommended.
Clean, maintained living spaces meeting health standards
